1. General Terms

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to make a purchase.

All purchases are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion.

2. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.

Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account activity.

3. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in MYR and are subject to change without notice.

We accept FPX and eWallet only.

Orders are processed only after payment confirmation. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and issue a refund if applicable.

4. Shipping & Delivery

All shipping costs will be clearly indicated upon checkout.

After your order is verified and payment has been made, you can expect to receive your order within the following time frame:

1. Within 4-6 working days for Peninsular Malaysia (excluding Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays).
2. Within 5-7 working days for Sabah & Sarawak (excluding Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays).

kinetix-cyber aims to deliver the Product to the place requested in your Order within 7 working days, but cannot promise an exact delivery date.

The daily order cut-off time is 11.59 PM. Orders made after 00.00 AM will be processed on the following working day. Orders placed on Friday may be processed on Monday.

kinetix-cyber will aim to inform you if we expect to miss the estimated delivery date. To the extent permitted by law, kinetix-cyber shall not be liable for losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising from late delivery.

We deliver only within Malaysia, including Sabah & Sarawak, in our standard packaging.

We ensure each order is in good and presentable condition before shipment. You must take care when opening a Product, particularly when using sharp instruments. It is your responsibility to ensure that Products are suitable for your purposes and individual requirements. Our Products are standard and are not made bespoke.

5. Returns & Refunds

Our return policy is 30 days from the delivery date. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 30 business days.

Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (logos, text, images) is our property and protected by copyright laws.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website.

Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

8. Privacy Policy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes will be resolved in its courts.
